We’re small enough to care but big enough to cope
Our aim is to provide you with excellent pet care. We can offer care 7 days a week, even when your regular pet carer is on holiday or poorly.

We have teams of friendly people in different areas and each team outs pets first. All of our managers are animal lovers, with experience and qualifications in animal care.

They have the most comprehensive insurance cover available to Pet Carers including care and custody of animals, public liability, non-negligent cover, third party liability, property damage, employer’s liability and key cover. This means that in the unlikely event of an emergency we are covered for every eventuality.
Decades of experience
Your pets are in good hands – there are vet nurses, dog trainers and dog behaviourists on the team. This means that if you need help with training your dog we can provide you with some tips and work with you.
Police checked and personally vetted
Everybody who works for us is police checked and vetted. This provides you, and us, with the reassurance that all of our team has a clean background. We also carry out background checks and work references.
Security-conscious
Our vehicles aren’t marked, so it isn’t obvious that you aren’t at home. We take data protection very seriously and adhere to the regulations of the Act. All of your personal information is kept completely confidential. We also never put personal or address details with door keys.
Against pack walking
Many dog walkers walk large groups of dogs at one time. We don’t do this. We want your dog to experience a fun filled walk whilst under constant supervision, without being bombarded by lots of big dogs!
Licensed by local authorities
We ask the local authority to inspect each home-boarder and provide them with a license to board dogs. This provides peace of mind that every home-boarder meets strict requirements, including adhering to health and safety policies, a pet friendly home and safe enclosed garden.
Able to handle emergencies
We have 24-hour access to emergency vet care. All of our managers have built up great relationships with their local vet. Whilst we will always take your pet to your own vet, if required, we do have the contingency of a close by emergency service.
Trained in Pet First Aid
We send all of our owners, managers and key staff on a pet first aid training day. This means that they can act quickly and effectively if your dog cuts a paw or has an accident.
Attentive to your pet's needs
When we walk dogs we allow extra time (in addition to the walk) to provide fresh water, towel downs and some fuss. We allow twenty minutes for cat visits to give us time to clean, refill feed and water bowls and check on your pets. You are more than welcome to book more time if your pets like a good cuddle.
