Caroline Naylor

We Love Pets Preston Branch Director

Meet Caroline

The Preston branch is owned and run by Caroline, alongside her professional pet care team. Caroline is an area local, and loves caring for animals in the community! Her years of owning, breeding & training her own pets has contributed to her extensive experience and pet care skillset.

In addition to being animal-mad, each member of the We Love Pets Preston team is fully insured, police checked, and pet first aid trained. It's important to us that your pets are in the best hands possible! Whether you're in need of a dog walker or small animal sitter, we've got you covered.

Caroline is also City & Guilds qualified in dog walking, and her team know all the best spots for showing your pup a good time. As we're committed to the We Love Pets No Pack Walk Policy, we'll ensure that your dog is never walked in a group of more than four. This allows us to maintain control and supervision for each dog, providing them with a fun and safe outing!

The Preston branch also offers fully licensed home boarding which is the perfect home away from home setting for your pet. Take the stress out of organising holiday pet care and let us handle the rest!

Pets are our passion, and it's our privilege to care for yours. Please get in touch regarding any of your pet care needs - we would love to help!

Dog walking (1)-2

Dog walking with a difference

We know that as much as you love your dog, you can’t be in two places at once, so we offer our dog walker service throughout the day.

Your dog will be walked in a safe open space and will return home, happy and tired. We also provide fresh water, treats and will towel your dog off in wet weather.

Our aim is to make each walk the highlight of your dog’s day, giving them a chance to play, socialise, exercise and explore new sights and smells.

Safe and fun local dog walks

Your dog’s safety is always our top priority which is why we never walk large groups of dogs at one time.

We want your dog to experience a fun-filled walk whilst under constant supervision, without being bombarded by lots of big dogs!

We’ll match your dog with a doggie friend who is suitable in age, size and playability.

Our fully trained, trusted dog walkers are experts at tailoring each walk to your dog’s individual needs and will reinforce any training or routines that you already have in place.

Dog visits-3

Dog boarding you can trust

When you’re going away on holiday, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your dog is safe and happy without you.

If you can’t bear the idea of leaving your dog in kennels then our home-from-home dog boarding service offers the comforts and fuss of a dog lover’s home that’s as good as your own!

Your dog will be thoroughly pampered and welcomed into a trusted pet sitter’s home as part of the family with your dog’s diet and daily routine maintained throughout your dog’s stay.

How does dog home boarding work?

While you’re away, your dog will be going on a lovely holiday of their own! They will become part of the family and enjoy walks and plenty of individual attention. Dog boarding is perfect for dogs who get on with other dogs and people.

We Love Pets boarders are not just dog sitters – our aim is to fully integrate your dog into the life of our family during their time with us.

For your peace of mind, our home pet boarders are:

  • Experienced dog owners
  • Licensed by the local authority
  • Fully insured
  • Police checked
  • Trained in canine first aid

Pet Sitting

Pet sitting allows you to go away happy in the knowledge that your pets will be well looked after at home where they are comfortable. We'll spend time with your pet, make a fuss, feed and water them, plus clear up any mess.

Socialisation walks
Socialisation Walks

If your dog experienced some isolation in lockdown, they might not be as social as pre-pandemic pups. Our socialisation walks are designed to help your dog become comfortable with new stimuli and surroundings, as well as to gradually introduce other dogs and enhance their social skills.

No Pack Walking Policy

We are passionate about giving your dog a physically demanding, stimulating and above all, safe dog walk which is why we adopt a no pack walking policy as part of our promise to deliver the best pet care possible.

By walking a maximum of four dogs at one time:

  • We can easily keep a trained eye on all dogs.
  • Safety for dogs and their walkers is kept in check.
  • We can walk dogs who get along together.
  • A good balance of confidence and socialisation is achieved.
  • Smaller groups reduce the risk of illnesses or disease spreading.
  • We can easily stop and pick up any dog poop.

We only ever use regulated dog walkers who are vetted by us personally and background checked too. All dog walkers are pet first aid trained.
