6 Autumn Activities to do with your dog

Autumn is a wonderful time for dog owners to spend more quality time with their best friends. With the summer heat behind us, here are some fun activities you can do this fall while spending bonding time with your pup!

Things to do with your dog

1. Go to a Maize Maze or Pumpkin Patch

Enjoy a walk with your pooch and pick a pumpkin while you’re at it! Perhaps carve your dog’s face to make a pup o’ lantern.

2. Go camping

Autumn is the best time for seeing fall foliage, so why not plan a countryside camping getaway? Bring your dog along to enjoy the scenery and walks in the crisp autumn air!

3. Apple Picking

Similar to pumpkin picking, but definitely worth a go as well. Grab some local apples for autumn baking – homemade apple crumble anyone?

4. Make fall flavoured dog biscuits

Share an autumn treat with your pup using the recipe below!

5. One-on-one play with new toys

Grab a few new toys to change things up and keep your pet entertained! Bonus points for autumn themed playthings.

6. Go for a hike

Take a cool-weather day trip hike with your pup – perfect exercise for both parties! Finish your day with a hot cuppa and a warm fire.
